Designer Hayley Paige Got Married This Weekend & It Was Just As Amazing As We Expected!
It’s not everyday that a wedding dress designer actually gets to wear her own creations down the aisle! But, when that day does come, you can count on it being one heck of party. This past Saturday, wedding gown designer Hayley Paige walked down the aisle in Lake Tahoe! Hayley is known for her super gorgeous and feminine wedding gowns with JLM Couture. Unfortunately, our invite got lost in the mail, so we followed along via Instagram, and here are the highlights that we’ve seen so far!
First, let’s set the tone with these super awesome plexiglass invitations! So creative and unique and fun! I smell a new trend coming on!

And the rest of the stationary was certainly just as impressive… check out these hand sketched wedding programs!

The weekend started with a rehearsal dinner dress that would be worthy of walking down the aisle in… Hayley said her inspiration for this dress came from chain mail armor and The Velveteen Rabbit
Bridal accessories are definitely a must, and I’m obsessed with all of these! Four custom garters?? There is no such thing as over the top when you have a blue unicorn at your wedding… You’ll see what I’m talking about when you keep scrolling

More “accessories” to her bridal look, her bridesmaids, all in white gowns…my favorite color for bridesmaid dresses!
Dress #1 of the magical wedding day… I love the sleeves, the color, the lace, everything! She looks like a princess!
Dress #2 (my favorite) was a two-piece gown with giant flowers cascading around the bottom half!
How GORGEOUS is this photo by Chard Photography? Pink smoke bombs were released and created the most enchanting and magical effect! This picture will definitely make it into some wedding magazines!
Dress #3 is perfect for a reception and dancing the night away!
No wedding will ever be complete again without the addition of a blue unicorn! Or in my case, it would be pink. (For the record, I do not agree with dyeing any animal any color, but there are natural/safe ways to do it, so I’d like to think that’s what they did here)
The reception matched the enchanting theme we saw at the ceremony… twinkling lights on the wall, cascading flower runners down long tables, as well as gorgeous place settings
Can’t forget the traditional getaway car!
Weddings are no longer a “one day” ordeal, now we have wedding weekends! Hayley’s wedding weekend ended with an outdoor brunch on Sunday morning for what looks to be about 100 of her guests.

And of course, brunch calls for another amazing dress!

I don’t know about you, but I think this looks like an absolutely magical wedding weekend! If I wasn’t already married, I would definitely be stealing some ideas from Hayley’s big day. And this was just via Hayley and her guests, I can’t wait to see more pictures! What was your favorite part? Let me know in the comments below!
xoxo,
